James lost a bet to his friends, and as punishment he dresses up as Napoleon and pesters passersby. Someone watching this takes him for a madman and calls an ambulance. James ends up in a mental hospital, and his attempt to explain that it was just an argument ends in failure. In this institution, the guy notices that all the nurses are very huge, tall and muscular.
